Carb Balance, Burrito Sized Tortillas
80/20 Ground Beef (1 lb)
Taco Seasoning Packet
1/4 C Water
8oz Velveeta Cheese
1/2 C Mayonnaise
1 C Cooked White Rice
2 TBSP Butter
Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Teaspoon Chipotle Powder
Teaspoon Paprika
Frito Chips
Preparation
Step 1
Pour oil into a pan. Start by sautéing the onion. Add the ground beef, cook until browned, and then drain.
Step 2
Prepare Velveeta cheese as directed on the package. Create spicy mayo by combining mayonnaise, cayenne pepper, chipotle powder, and paprika.
Step 3
Begin preparing the burritos by taking a carb balance burrito-sized tortilla. Spread about a tablespoon of spicy mayo on it, then add the beef mixture. Top it with cheese sauce and cooked rice, and finish with Fritos. Roll it up.
Step 4
In a buttered skillet, cook the burritos until the tortilla turns golden brown on each side.
