Ingredients
Chicken Tenderloins
2 TBSP Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder
1 TBSP Salt & Pepper
1.5 C Panko Breadcrumbs
1 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs
2 C Flour
7 TBSP Melted Butter
2 TBSP Fresh Parlsey
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Season the chicken with 1 tablespoon each of paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder, plus 1/2 tablespoon of salt and pepper.
Step 2
Bake panko breadcrumbs at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and mix in parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Season the flour with the rest of the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
Step 5
Coat the chicken by first dipping it in flour, then in egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 6
Bake chicken for 18 minutes on 400 degrees.
Step 7
In a bowl, combine melted butter, fresh parsley, and minced garlic. Apply the mixture to the chicken and serve right away.
