Ingredients
Chicken Tenderloins
Pretzels
All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
Spices: Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ground Mustard, Salt & Pepper (amount of each is up to you!)
Vegetable Oil
6 TBSP Mayonise
3 TBSP Honey
1 TBSP Dijon Mustard
1 TBSP Yellow Mustard
1/2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Chop the pretzels in a food processor. Transfer the pretzel crumbs to a separate bowl, then add paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
Step 2
In another bowl or plate, combine the all-purpose flour with salt, pepper, and paprika. Set it aside.
Step 3
Beat two eggs in a bowl.
Step 4
Coat chicken tenderloins in the flour mixture, then dip them in the egg mixture, and finally cover them with the pretzel mixture.
Step 5
Sauté the chicken in a greased skillet until it is fully cooked and golden brown.
Step 6
Prepare a homemade honey mustard sauce by combining mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and apple cider vinegar. Stir thoroughly.
Dip tenders in honey mustard and enjoy!
